The 3rd Annual Space Coast Women Business Expo was held on August 20, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza Melbourne Oceanfront. Everyone was welcome to attend the event, which offered tips on making choices, building connections, and creating impact. There were 60 vendors and 100 attendees. There were several wonderful raffle and silent auction prizes awarded.
Sponsors included: American Business Women's Association (ABWA), 321 Plumbing, Community Credit Union, Florida Today, The Hip Chicks of Brevard, Merritt Square Mall, Regions Bank, Your Family Chiropractor, and Whittaker Cooper Financial Group.
The keynote speaker was Jay Forte, who spoke on "You Are Amazing... No, Extraordinary!" Session speakers included Susan Mazza, who spoke on "Making Choices", and Rebecca Carswell, who spoke on "Hey, Are You Listening to Me?" The emcee for the day's events was Jean Newell, Newco Enterprises.
